You can register online using the OK Voter Portal’s Online Voter Registration System.
You will need your name (as it appears on your registration), your date of birth, and a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License/State ID.
Voter Registration Applications are also available at the Tulsa County Election Board, most tag agencies, libraries, and post offices.
IMPORTANT: Applications must be received at least 25 days prior to an election in order to participate in the next election!

Any registered voter in Oklahoma may vote by absentee ballot. It is not necessary to give a reason.
Submit absentee ballot requests (and the address confirmation form below if needed) no later than 5pm at least 15 days before the election.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST NOTARIZE YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT(S).
IF YOU ARE AN INACTIVE VOTER COMPLETE THE CONFIRM ADDRESS FOR ABSENTEE BALLOT FORM AND SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR REQUEST.
